Yoga Flow 101: An Immersion into Vinyasa Yoga
Yoga Flow 101 has a strong emphasis on movement and breath connection. In this two hour workshop, we will explore breathing and meditation techniques and basic postures that make up the practice of Vinyasa Yoga.
Students will have a basic understanding of proper alignment and technique, and will be prepared for mixed level classes.
Yoga is appropriate for just about anyone. You don't need to be flexible or be able to quiet the mind. You simply need to show up and give the practice your breath and effort.
This workshop is perfect for people new to yoga as well as experienced students who want to review the basics.
