Yoga Flow 101: An Immersion into Vinyasa Yoga

Want to take a yoga class but scared you will feel like a fish out of water? This workshop is designed for you!

During this hour and a half workshop you will be taken through a variety of poses and how to modify each move and pose during a yoga class for your own practice. You will also be shown how to incorporate blocks, straps and towels so you will feel comfortable every move along the way. This will help you find your Zen and feel comfortable practicing yoga like a pro!

This workshop is perfect for people new to yoga as well as experienced students who want to review the basics.
